U.S. Government and cellular wireless industry needs to work closely together to come to best solution incorporating a technical solution that meets actual cellular EAS wireless requirement recommendations that are determined by a joint industry/government group
All communications options for an enhanced EAS network should be duly considered
Additional detailed technical and deployment information and specific "modeling" of the 9 potential cellular wireless solutions is needed before a final recommendation can be made
It must be viewed that cellular wireless EAS is only a part of an overall National Alert System program
