2. The FCC's next localism hearings on how television broadcasters respond to their communities will be held in South Dakota next Wednesday, on May 26, 2004. Here is information about the procedures for those interested in attending.

3. Every two years, the FCC reviews its regulations to determine which ones are no longer necessary, given changes in the competitive communications marketplace. This is called the biennial review. Here is information about filing comments on this year's biennial review. You may want to note that disability regulations are in fact under review in this docket.
