TRS Items -- State Certification and Complaint Logs

Below are two TRS items of interest. The first is a list of states that were recently granted re-certification to provide relay services. The second is a reminder to the states to submit their logs ofTRS complaints. The obligation to submit these logs was created by the FCC's Improved Services Order in 2000.

1. State Certification
