Two documents of interest are attached:

1. VoIP proceedings: At next week's open Commission meeting, the Commission will be voting on a notice of proposed rulemaking concerning its regulatory framework for VoIP services. In addition, it will be voting on classification of services provided by Pulver.com, also a VoIP service. Notice of the Commission meeting is attached. Commission Notice

2. Ankerberg captioning petition - Not long ago, the John Ankerberg show petitioned the FCC for an exemption from the FCC's captioning mandates. It has now withdrawn that petition. Notice of its withdrawal is attached.
