Voice Mail and IVR (phone menus)

Following a conference on IVR and Voice Mail accessibility sponsored by the RERC on Telecom Access in 2000, the Alliance for Telecommunication Industry Solutions (ATIS) agreed to host an industry forum to address the topic.  The forum meets four times a year.  Information on the forum and other related documents can be found on the ATIS website.

The materials on this site are from the conference that led to the forum.
