• Develop operational interaction standards for receiving calls and exchanging information between PSAPs and Video/IP Relay Centers

• Develop and implement methods for Relay Centers to determine correct PSAP based on caller's identified location (without caller knowing their applicable PSAP)

• Educate PSAPs and call takers regarding receiving such calls

• Educate users and Video/IP Relay Center staff regarding emergency calling via this transfer method
