Long Description: This graph compares awakening effectiveness using standard audible detector, strobe, and continuous bed shaker among the hearing, hard of hearing, and deaf groups. The continuous bed shaker exceeds the strobe's effectiveness for the hearing and hard of hearing. There was a 92% effectiveness among the hearing, 82% effectiveness among the hard of hearing, and 93% effectiveness among the deaf. The strobe was least effective for all 3 groups, with ~31% for the hearing, 35% for the hard of hearing, and ~58% for the deaf participants.
