Disaster Recovery Ability

• Sprint currently has 13 domestic network solution Relay Call Centers; in the event if one of the call centers should become disabled, then Relay's Traffic Management Control Center (TMCC) has the ability to reroute Relay calls to the remaining functional Call Centers.

• The assignment of a TSP Restoration Code for each Relay circuit does not ensure that the circuit will not be taken out of service, but rather that if the circuit should be in need of repair that the LEC will prioritize its return to "in-service" before circuits that do not have a TSP Code.

• Therefore the assignment of a TSP Code to relay service circuit is an enhancement to Sprint's Relay TMCC existing Disaster Recovery plan and rerouting options.
