  Commission's Closed Captioning Rules,"  DA 03-4052, was released. Pursuant to
  Section 79.1 of the Commission's rules, The John Ankerberg Show
  ("Ankerberg" ) sought an exemption from the closed captioning requirements. On
  February 3, 2004, Ankerberg filed a request to withdraw its petition indicating that it now has the funds necessary to provide
  captioning to the hearing impaired. Based on Ankerberg's request to withdraw, its petition is
