  • Could this be used to pass your information to a relay service that could handle a variety of media in text and later, video?

  • Relay service would have to subscribe to a data service that helps find the PSAP

    • These are expensive services

    • What if one single relay service that handled all emergency calls in all media?

    • FCC would need to authorize payment for this

    • Privacy issues – would require sign-up/permission
