Long Description: Description of the testing set-up: A video camera playing a DV tape is connected to a laptop (the sending computer) via a firewire or USB cable. The sending computer goes through the network (Wifi, LAN, VPN, packet loss generation, etc.) The receiving computer picks up the signal, and a headset with a microphone is used to communicate via voice and/or sign language.
