  • All interconnected VoIP providers must transmit E911 calls for their customers to appropriate PSAP (911 center)

  • Must include call back number and customer's registered location – Initially customers to self-report location. Future: automatic determination of location

  • Notification to customers of VoIP limitations "in plain language"

  • Application to Internet-based relay and VRS? (Existing waiver for Internet relay terminates in 2008; for VRS terminates in 2006)
