Long Description: 1-Line CapTel. CapTel User talks to the other party who talks back for CapTel user to hear. Everything the caller says goes through a Captioning Service. The CapTel user reads the caller's words on the CapTel display.

• As users dial, the CapTel automatically connects to captioning service.

• The captioning service dials to called party, both legs of the call go through the captioning center.

• The caption center is between the CapTel user and the other party, not local to the CapTel user. Not all network functions are possible from a remote location.
