Frame rate for signing:
- Below 8 fps, useless for signing
- 9-12 limited usability
- 12-20 usable with constraints
- >20 good usability
For Fingerspelling
- >20 necessary due to fast rate (at least 2 pictures per letter)
For Lipreading
- 15 fps is good, small improvements at higher rates
