HFES-200, Part 5 – Voice I/O and Telephony

• The last part of a 5-part draft standard on user interface design of software. Parts 1, 3, and 4 are largely based on ISO 9241, Parts 10-17. Part 2 concerns accessibility of office software/hardware.

• This will, if approved via the canvass method, be an ANSI standard. Parts 1 and 2 are currently out for ballot. Part 5 will be released for balloting late this summer.
